Our Company
We are a women-owned and lead management consulting firm that promotes bold strategies to enable strong growth for our clients. Our solutions are client unique, practical, and sustainable. As a boutique firm, commonly called the “Get it Done Team", we can work fast and respond to customer needs by managing and removing anything getting in our way.
Our Culture
Southlake Advisors stands on a foundation of integrity, transparency, and accountability. We operate on shared values that guide our actions, deepen our connection with each other and help develop long-standing relationships with our clients.
• Do the Right Thing – Be committed to doing what’s right. Make decisions and act as if our personal reputations were at stake. Don’t let financial gain compromise your actions.
• Quality – Expect and deliver high quality results.
• Work Together - Collaborate and share ideas, knowledge, and relationships. Ask and give feedback to grow and develop yourself and others.
• Fun – Life’s too short. We believe in loving what you do, professionally and personally, and who you do it with, every day.
Our People
Everyone on the Southlake Advisors team has been on both sides of the fence. We have held many industry roles, in addition to being experienced consultants. While in industry, we moved across the organization to understand the day-to-day execution processes along with the dependencies, interdependencies, and the organizational stressors. We know what it’s like to sit in your seat. As consultants, we bring ideas and solutions that come from working in various industries, seeing what doesn't work and learning what does.
Giving Back
Southlake Advisors is committed to giving back to the communities where we live, work and play. We focus on causes that are important to our employees and customers, and that align with our commitment to making a lasting social and economic impact in those communities. From monetary donations to employee volunteer time, we believe it is important to be a good corporate neighbor to both our local communities and the world as a whole.
